David is a leading expert in business and government
issues in the Western Balkans. His experience in the
region dates back to the mid-1990s and includes
service as the UK Minister for Trade's envoy to Kosovo in
the immediate post-war period, and five years as First
Secretary Commercial at the British Embassy in
Belgrade. Between leaving diplomacy and co-founding
Webb Dowse, David worked as a freelance public affairs
consultant with major international clients, including
Holcim and Telenor. He recently featured in 'Men'
magazine as one of the 30 most influential foreigners in
Belgrade.
  One of the most experienced corporate communications professionals currently working in the region, David was accepted as a member of the Institute of Public Relations in London in 1990. Having worked with leading independent UK agencies and on client projects in 25 countries worldwide, he moved to the SEE region in early 2006. A frequent conference speaker and lecturer on PR issues, David is also a regular contributor to magazines including Profit and Progressive. His extensive client references include British Gas, Ford of Europe, Serco, British Airports Authority, MasterCard, ArcelorMittal, Danone, and Volvo.   Jelena studied both in Serbia and UK, specialising in English and Cultural studies. She started her career in PR working for clients such as B92, Erste Bank, Henkel, Holcim, Mars, Samsung, Visa and Telenor. Promoted to Business Development Manager, Jelena was responsible for co-ordinating internal and external communications across offices in 18 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia.
