Enhancing capacities for evaluation in the Balkans
Evaluators play an important role in raising standards of performance in public services and public and private business operations. International Organisation for Cooperation in Evaluation( IOCE) in cooperation with Slovenian Evaluators Society (SES) is implementing two projects in Serbia and Macedonia aimed to strengthen evaluation communities in the region and to build capacities for evaluation. Association of Serbian Monitoring and Evaluation Professionals (ASMEP) and Management Consulting Association 2000 (MCA-2000) from Macedonia are national partners on the projects.
During the last weekend in November, Webb Dowse hosted the regional meeting attended by the members of evaluation community from Slovenia, Macedonia and Serbia: PhD Risto Ivanov, PhD Zdenka Nikolovska, Bojan Radej, Mladen Momčilović, Ivan Tasić and Dragana Aleksić Matić.
